Worry, Fear, Panic, and Anxiety are the biggest thieves of our productivity.
As Dan Zadra once said, "Worry is the misuse of imagination." Worrying is imagining something unwanted to happen and there are two components when it comes to resolving anxiety, fear or worry:
1. The brain - Calming down the limbic system through breathing, mediation, yoga, mindfulness practice, and exercise.
2. The mind - Answer the what if's of the subconscious mind and believing that you can handle everything.
Remember, get some help if you need it. There are people like myself, professionals who would be willing to counsel and coach to help you answer your what if's.
